Getting Ready for the Prom

Since I have never been to a prom, (the closest being my wedding 11 years ago), I have decided to go all out and make it an experience of a life time. Because I was flying to the city the Prom is being held in, I decided new luggage was needed. I ditched my tatty old Briscoes luggage and splashed out on this, a little Louis Vuitton Beauty Case (genuine darling!) to carry my essentials in.

And for my Prom gown and accessories I snapped up this at an auction (sorry, not off the side of the road). A genuine Louis Vuitton Antique travel trunk.

The trunk is quite heavy but I wasn't worried about being over weight on my flight because I was travelling first class, luggage weight is not an issue when you travel first class. I was thrilled because I got up graded to a first class private cabin. I had my own private mini bar - thank you very much!

I have to keep this short and sweet because I'm dashing off to my appointment, which is here for a little pre Prom pampering.

If you want to join me I am here at the Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris. I know, sad isn't it. This is the treatment I have booked in for;

Vision of beauty
This full-day treatment includes a body exfoliation, relaxing massage, complete body wax, vitamin facial, warm deluxe manicure and pedicure, haircut and blow-dry, and finally, an evening make-up application. Lunch is included and served in the Spa lounge. (6 hours)
Am about to be exfoliated, talk later . . .
