Humpty Dumpty fell off a wall...

I fell off a ladder painting around the edge of my 12 ft high ceiling. It was a long way to the ground.

I am so lucky - to be alive - not to be paralysed - to have only 2 broken ribs in my back and substantial bruising...

but oh my gosh the pain is like nothing else with a good 5 to 6 weeks of healing to look forward to!

Sarah - Red Gingham said...: Oh my, not good. I do hope it turns out to be quicker that that. Have you rubbed arnica all over your bumps? At least now you will be safe while you get better.

as bad as it was Im pleased it wasnt worse

I had a fall on the 1st Saturday of the holidays and put my back out
I was in a lot of pain too
I slowly getting better
