Here and now!

Hope you all had a good Easter, we did, I hosted my annual Easter egg hunt and big turkey dinner, 16 of us all together, was a fabulous day and the children had a great time, I am sure they ate nothing but Easter eggs all day!

It really was a wonderful weekend, the Princess, her friend, the Great Grandmother and I went out for a yummy dinner on Good Friday night, look at my big 7 year old, she is just gorgeous!!!

Nana (my mad mother) had been in Nelson, she flew back in time for the egg hunt! Nelson is a really arty place, she bought the Princess these fabulous felted hair ties. Mum felts so am expecting to see her produce some of these.

My mum finds the most amazing gifts, I have been meaning to blog about this ring, since.... well since Christmas actually.....

the back stamp, bottom of a china saucer soldered into a ring!

I just love it, wear it a lot!

The funny thing is my Mum's name is Elizabeth, I asked her if that is why she chose that particular ring for me, she didn't realise it had Elizabethan on it!!!! lol

School and university holidays here, the Princess has been with the Wasband for the first week, I handed in my first big assignment last week and am working on 3 others!

Have not crafted a single thing for what feels like months, have craft withdrawals. Soon as I get these assignments done I am getting the sewing machine out!

Take Care
