The Bloglandia Ball

"I'm late, I'm late, for a very important date" . . .

My silver pumpkin carriage didn't arrive so I had to 'borrow' this . . .

and my costume is incomplete, I had a vision of crown, mask, magical wand, sparkly jewels and glass slippers . . .

so its just this . . . and its still wet!

but not to worry, I am going to sip champagne, dance under the stars in my bare feet (without Babes as he thinks I have gone mad!) leaving a cloud of silver glitter gently falling behind me . . .

Thank you Elizabeth for hosting this most auspicious occassion xo

I adore it! You are gorgeous. I have my blue dress on and it's not as itchy as I thought....but I plan to slip into the other before nightfall. What fun we are having.

So pretty Rachel! I'm glad you came . . . and all the way from New Zealand! I was there in February, and I must say it was my very favorite place to visit!

It's absolutely lovely! I admire all of you that can do altered art and such detail work. Blessings... Polly (p.s. tell me please, are you using a blogspot template or did you make it yourself? I'd like to be able to put thing off to both the left and the right of my posts but I didn't see a blogspot template that offered it. Thanks for your help.)

I am soooooooooooo glad you all liked/loved Rachael's gown, it was a last minute effort with `glitter' being sprinkled frantically for maximum impact for this lovely occassion. She was so worried that she would be late and miss the festivities.
We are still vacuuming silver glitter, in fact the house twinkles from every corner:):)
